William R Fence

Founder & CEO

William Fence worked 31 years alongside his family as Vice President of K&R Tax and Financial Service Inc. William is a Registered Investment Advisor with American Portfolio Financial Services. He is most proud of his three children, Erin, Billy and Caleb, and in his spare time enjoys flying airplanes. William gives back to the community often. For over 30 years, he has served as director for many non-profit organizations and currently sits on the board for the Jersey Shore Flag Football League.
