Fence Financial LLC values you as a customer and respects your right to privacy.  We recognize that you purchase our services because you trust we will stand behind our work. In turn, we pledge our commitment to treating your information responsibly. We have established the following policies to assure you that we are committed to protecting your privacy.

How do we protect the confidentiality and security of your information?

We maintain physical and procedural safeguards to ensure your personal information is treated responsibly and in accordance with our privacy policy. We restrict access to your personal information to employees of our organization on a need-to-know basis. Employees who have access to client information may use it only for legitimate business purposes.

What personal information do we collect about you?

We get most information directly from you. We receive this information from you on our worksheets and other forms, such as 1099’s, which are required to properly complete your tax return. We will not contact any outside source without your prior permission, and then we will only accept this information in writing from the source.

What categories of information do we disclose and to whom?

Certain employees of Fence Financial LLC, in their dual role as a FINRA Licensed Security Representative and/or a New Jersey Licensed Insurance Producer, may use the information within our files to determine suitability and/or provide other information to our Licensed Broker Dealer, American Portfolios Financial Services and/or our Licensed General Insurance Agent required to do business which you have requested. Fence Financial LLC will not release any information to any other organization or individual unless we are required to do so by law.
